Dating back to our founding in 1984, we have never missed a delivery date commitment, whether it be a complex data center build-to-suit or a straight forward office tenant improvement project. We are invested in and direct every aspect of our projects through hands-on, local expertise, and an experienced in house construction group to ensure quality results every time.

In addition to development and construction services, CCRES is an investment real estate owner, with its ownership concentrated 100% in the company's founder, Thomas D. Cafferty, whose mission is to retain assets long-term. Tom is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), a group of 1,100 prominent real estate practitioners worldwide who have been recognized for their demonstrated expertise and experience in the industry. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a designation reserved for highly qualified commercial real estate practitioners. A 40 year veteran of the industry, our founder's experience and hands-on approach ensures excellence in all of our projects.

We consistently upgrade our properties, focus on long-term retention of our tenants and have less than 10% debt in our portfolio to ensure our ability to provide quality results quickly and at the best value. This unique structure provides tenants with a consistent point-of-contact and service provider. CCRES provides dedicated in-house asset management services to ensure superior quality in our buildings and the responsive resolution of any tenant need. The "Sundown Rule" is adhered to and is defined as implementing a plan of action to satisfy that tenant’s need by close of business on the same day the issue was raised.
